Pets on the Payroll

Meet Todd and Copper, who were found together in 2020 by the folks at Ebert’s Greenhouse Village in Ixonia, Wisconsin.

“Because they are best friends, they’re named after the main characters in the classic Disney movie, ‘The Fox and the Hound.’ Ever since, they’ve brought so much love and laughs to the greenhouse,” wrote Sierra Meyer. “They’re our official ‘greeters’ and are on the mouse patrol committee! Our guests also enjoy sending us pictures of how they met the cats when they come out to shop!”

These two complement each other—Todd is outgoing, often hopping on customer carts, while Copper is lovable, but shy, preferring hanging by the checkout counter to receive belly rubs.

Thanks, Sierra! GP
