Last month, you met Ashleigh Munro, this year’s Green Profit/The Garden Center Group Young Retailer Award winner in our September issue cover story. This month meet … her goats! They have 11 Dwarf Nigerian goats at Kiwi Nurseries in Acheson, Alberta, Canada, and by this time they likely have some new kids, too.

“Customers love this addition to our chickens and ducks, and like to feed them grain and leaves,” Ashleigh writes. “They are great for our educational tours and kid’s classes as they are very friendly. They love to eat weeds—the only challenge we have had with them is keeping them out of our plants for sale.”
