According to new research by the Boston Consulting Group, brands that use digital technology to provide personalized experiences are seeing revenue growth of 6% to 10%. BCG predicts companies that do this successfully will gain greater market share, with $800 billion in revenue shifting to the 15% of businesses that succeed in their personalization endeavors. GP
