Chalet Wins PPA Award

The Perennial Plant Association bestowed a Special Recognition in Retail Sales Award upon Chalet. The honor was given at the July national symposium in the Chicago area, and according to the PPA, Chalet was chosen for its “deep impact in the perennial plant community,” including its efforts to educate consumers about perennial plants and help elevate the perennial plant industry as a whole.

Chalet offers a wide variety of perennials at its Wilmette, Illinois, location, many of which are grown at Chalet’s farm in Bristol, Wisconsin.

“We take great care and pride in growing and providing perennial plants to our customers, and are honored to be recognized for our commitment to these beautiful plant varieties,” says Nathan Herman, Chalet retail general manager. “Just as perennial plants require the right kind of location and care, we tend to our perennial offerings in a way that provides beauty and blooms to people’s surroundings and connects them with nature, all year long.”
