AIB Deadline Approaching

Every year, towns involved in America In Bloom (AIB) beautify their areas in hopes of not only winning their population category, but also in hopes of bettering their communities and increasing their economic development and civic pride. Who can enter? Towns, villages, cities and municipalities of all sizes, as well as college and university campuses, military installations and business districts.

More than 245 communities have participated in the program over the years and you can visit the AIB YouTube channel to see examples of how these locations came together through volunteer work to create beautiful areas. If you think your community is perfect for AIB, approach your local elected officials about the program and have them sign up before the February 28 deadline.
