A New Greenhouse Consulting Firm

If you’ve been in the industry for any amount of time, you may have met long-time greenhouse expert Chuck Sierke. He has a consulting firm, Trans-Sphere Corporation, to offer garden retailers a renovation program that includes multiple phases and can save money while improving existing facilities. Essentially, the program provides step-by-step support through the process of identifying renovations and new builds, all the way through to project completion. There are three phases available and retail customers can choose to only do one, two or all three.

Phase 1 offers a comprehensive site evaluation and consultation, which includes preliminary budget guidance and project direction with recommendations. If a retailer chooses to move to Phase 2, that includes a detailed project specification package to obtain competitive pricing. Then Phase 3 offers contract review and negotiation services.
