Gerson Acquires Park Hill

If you’re an Atlanta Market attendee these two names may ring a bell. The Gerson Companies is a seasonal and everyday home décor designer and distributor who just acquired Park Hill Collection, another renowned product design and import company of home décor, furnishings, candles and seasonal products. With the acquisition, Gerson significantly increases its presences in the design-inspired home décor space.

Park Hill will continue to operate under the same name, but will now be wholly owned by Gerson. It will, however, continue to operate out of its Little Rock, Arkansas, headquarters. Gerson is headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, but has offices and showrooms as far afield as Hong Kong. Next time you visit a Gerson or Park Hill showroom at a market, know these two are working together to bring you some fascinating home décor products for you and your customers. GP
