Terra Nova Nurseries is introducing Fragaria PRETTY, TASTY Ruby this spring, a mashup of ornamental and edible features they’re calling “edimental.” PRETTY, TASTY Ruby offers up red berries that produce for months, while also providing beautiful red flowers reminiscent of miniature roses, all set against the plant’s strawberry foliage. This new intro is great for full sun gardens, hanging baskets and strawberry pots. It’s hardy to USDA Zones 4 to 9. GP
